The automated processing cycle inside the machine completes in about 24 hours, producing a stabilised, odour-free output. That output is then cured for a further 10–15 days in curing bins to mature into finished, nutrient-rich compost ready for garden or bulk use.

A 10–25 Kg/day VEER unit runs on 2 KW single-phase power and needs roughly 12–18 sq. ft. A 100 Kg/day machine needs about 4 KW three-phase and ~50 sq. ft, while a 200 Kg/day unit needs about 6 KW and ~80 sq. ft. Larger 500 Kg/day and TPD-scale plants are designed to your site layout, and we provide the civil and electrical drawings before dispatch.

Under Solid Waste Management Rules 2016, bulk waste generators — typically premises generating 100 Kg or more of waste per day, or campuses above 5,000 sq. m — are required to process wet waste on site. Many municipal corporations and pollution control boards enforce this through occupancy and trade licence conditions. We can help you document compliance.

Yes. Every compost machine includes on-site installation, commissioning and operator training as standard. We offer AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) plans with a 48-hour response commitment, and we stock spare parts for all models so downtime stays minimal. Service is available PAN India.
